Overview / 概述

ZaoLoad is a Chrome download manager extension designed to help users automatically organize, archive, and rename browser downloads.
ZaoLoad 是一款 Chrome 下载管理器扩展，用于帮助用户自动整理、归档和命名浏览器下载文件。

We value user privacy and aim to keep the core features running locally on the user's device.

Information We Collect / 我们收集哪些信息

ZaoLoad does not actively collect, upload, sell, or share your personal information.
ZaoLoad 不会主动收集、上传、出售或分享你的个人信息。

To provide download organization features, ZaoLoad stores the following data locally in your browser:

• Organization rules: rules that save files to specific folders based on source website, file type, file name, or download URL.

• Naming and path templates: folder path templates, filename cleanup rules, and naming rules.

This data is stored in Chrome's local extension storage by default and is not uploaded to our servers.

ZaoLoad does not:

Chrome Permissions / Chrome 权限说明

ZaoLoad uses the following Chrome permissions to provide its core features:

• downloads: Used to monitor and manage browser download events, apply organization rules, set target folders, and rename downloaded files.

• downloads.shelf: Used to access browser download management features and help users quickly open downloaded files or download folders.

• storage: Used to store user settings, organization rules, naming templates, language preference, and local download history.
  storage：用于在本地保存用户设置、归档规则、命名模板、语言偏好和下载历史记录。

• notifications: Used to show desktop notifications when downloads are completed or organized, including the organized folder location.

• contextMenus: Used to add download-related shortcut actions to the extension menu, such as quick access to download folders and settings.

These permissions are used only for download management, local rule matching, and user settings. They are not used for advertising, tracking, or data collection.

Data Storage and Deletion / 数据存储与删除

ZaoLoad data is stored locally in your browser. You can delete related data by:

• Opening the ZaoLoad settings page and clearing download history or resetting settings.

• Removing ZaoLoad from the Chrome extensions management page.

• Clearing the browser's local extension storage data.

After uninstalling the extension, Chrome usually removes the local data associated with the extension.

Third-Party Services / 第三方服务

ZaoLoad's core features do not rely on remote servers. The current version does not send your download records, organization rules, or settings to third-party services.
ZaoLoad 的核心功能不依赖远程服务器。当前版本不会将你的下载记录、归档规则或设置发送给第三方服务。

Policy Updates / 政策更新

If ZaoLoad adds account, sync, cloud backup, or other online features in the future, we will clearly explain the related data usage in this privacy policy and update this page when necessary.
